A Franchise Attorney, whose principal focus is franchise law, can be a key element to an entrepreneur, current and future franchisee or franchisor, and anyone planning on opening or expanding their current franchise kingdom. Upon opening a franchise, the prospective franchisee is given a franchise agreement or franchise contract that the franchisor requires signature on.
