Before a franchisee is selected, they visit with the operations staff in Richmond, VA. We want to learn as much as possible about an applicant. Archadeck believes in thorough and extensive training . . . Archadeck provides pre-training, 20-day training at our corporate headquarters, start-up field training, executive advise and counsel, regional seminars, toll-free phone numbers to headquarters, drafting services, training services, collateral materials (forms, software, brochures, and more). During the 20 days of training in Richmond, the franchisee will be taught marketing, sales, construction, and administration skills. We know that our success depends on your success and we want you to have the best tools available.
